What clinics usually ask in Barcelona
Do you come to the clinic in Barcelona?
Yes. In Barcelona I hold the set-up meeting at your clinic, and I come back whenever needed. Day-to-day support is by WhatsApp, directly with me.
Does it reply in Catalan?
Yes. It replies in whatever language each patient writes in, Catalan included, and you read the whole conversation in Spanish.
Do I have to change my practice management software or diary?
No. With Velunda 1.0 it will connect to your Google Calendar or Outlook, to your software’s calendar link, or work with slots set aside for the assistant. It will only check whether a slot is free or busy.
How much does it cost?
