What counts as an appointment

An appointment counts if the assistant created it, it wasn’t cancelled and the patient turned up, or if it was confirmed and the clinic didn’t mark it as a no-show within the following 48 hours. The 60 days start with the first real message from a patient.

If you sign up before 31 December 2026, you keep your fee for as long as you stay with Velunda. Open to every clinic, with no limit on places.

Your 2-month trial starts on the day Velunda is actually working in your clinic, not on the day you sign up.
