How it works
Up and running in 7 days. Your team configures nothing at all.
I set it up, test it and maintain it myself. You approve what the assistant says, and every month you see what it has achieved.
The three steps
- Day 1
A 30-minute meeting
You tell me about your treatments, prices, opening hours and how you’d like your patients to be spoken to.
- We look at your practice management software
- We decide what gets handed to your team
- Days 2 to 6
I set it up and test it
I connect your WhatsApp, your website and your diary. I test conversations in several languages, emergencies and complaints before it goes live, and you approve every standard reply.
- Tests in several languages
- Emergency and complaint tests
- Day 7 onwards
We go live and measure it
Every month you get your dashboard: messages handled, appointments created and what they’re worth in euros.
- Support on my WhatsApp
- I come to the clinic whenever needed
Your diary Velunda 1.0
Connect your diary in 2 minutes
Velunda only sees whether a slot is free or busy, never your patients’ details.
- Calendar
Google Calendar or Outlook
You sign in with your account and choose the calendar. Velunda only checks whether each slot is free or busy, and adds its appointments to the calendar you choose.
- iCal link
Your software’s calendar link
If your practice management software publishes a calendar link (iCal), Velunda reads only the busy slots from it and puts its appointments in a separate calendar your team can see.
- Direct connection
A direct connection to your software
If your software allows it, Velunda connects to it directly. We go through it with you at the first meeting.
- No connection
Slots set aside for Velunda
Nothing to connect: you set aside a few slots a week for the assistant, and it only offers those.
Monthly dashboard
Every month, appointments and euros. Not minutes or calls.
You see how many messages it has handled, how many appointments it has created and where every euro comes from: out of hours, international patients, reactivation and no-shows avoided. Every figure can be checked appointment by appointment.
How it’s built
What’s behind every reply
No exaggeration: we tell you what already works and what comes with Velunda 1.0, the version with its own dashboard that we’re building.
Fixed rules on the server
What the assistant never does (diagnose, recommend medication, make up prices) and what it always does (introduce itself as an assistant, flag emergencies, hand over to a person) lives on the server. Patients can’t see it or change it.
You approve how it speaks
Before it goes live, you approve every standard reply. And if a patient asks for a person, the conversation goes to your team.
A back-up message if something fails
If the AI is slow or fails, whoever is writing gets a back-up message instead of being left waiting, as this site’s demo already does. There are message limits per connection and per day to prevent abuse.
Data in the European Union
A database hosted in the EU, separated by clinic: each clinic can only see its own data. The AI is provided by Anthropic Ireland, under the EU standard contractual clauses.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections are already encrypted (HTTPS is mandatory). With Velunda 1.0, sensitive data will also be stored encrypted field by field, and old conversations will be deleted automatically.
Your dashboard, in euros
Appointments created, their value in euros, languages, no-shows avoided and progress towards the guarantee, every day. Until then, you get the same summary as a monthly report.

Why Velunda and not an AI platform?
